By eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding excessive stress or harmful substances, you can make sure these systems stay strong and do their job well.

    Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are loaded with chlorophyll, which supports liver detoxification and enhances overall health. They’re also rich in fibre, which improves digestion and helps your body get rid of waste more effectively.
  • Cruciferous Vegetables:
    Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage are rich in sulphur compounds that support liver detoxification. These vegetables also contain antioxidants that protect cells from damage, supports liver health and enhances the body’s natural detox pathways.
  • Berries:
    I absolutely love blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries—they’re packed with antioxidants and vitamins that help neutralize free radicals, reduce inflammation, and support liver health. I enjoy them anytime of day, whether as a quick snack, part of my breakfast, or just as a tasty treat.
  • Garlic:

    Cucumbers are hydrating and provide antioxidants that help flush out toxins. Their high water content supports digestion and helps keep the body hydrated, which is crucial for optimal detoxification.

    Coriander is known for its ability to help remove heavy metals from the body. It also contains antioxidants and supports digestion, making it a valuable addition to a detox-friendly diet.

Sweating it out through exercise is a great way for your body to get rid of toxins like nickel, lead, copper, arsenic, and mercury. These toxins can come from all sorts of places—food, water, allergens, paint, pesticides, dust, and even dental fillings. They can enter your body through what you eat, breathe, or touch.
