Episode Seven is all about finding balance, in a life that is full of overwhelm and chaos.

This session we are looking at finding balance in our life, especially in today’s fast paced society. We begin the episode by defining the meaning of overwhelm, and outlining the causes of overwhelm, as well as how overwhelm can impact our well-being.
