Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, shredded coconut and cocoa.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll in shredded coconut and place on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
